Shyness and Social Anxiety System – Is it any good? 3

Social Anxiety eBookShyness and Social Anxiety System – The only product you’ll ever need to create lasting change in your life, starting right now!

Do you consider yourself a shy person or someone who suffers from social anxiety and low self esteem?

Have you been looking for a solution, but somehow what you often find is outdated, not supportive enough or just plain useless?

Then you have come to RIGHT place.

I do not normally do this, but I have recently been introduced to Sean Cooper’s Shyness and Social Anxiety System, and I felt obliged to share with others, who suffer from this debilitating condition and are desperate to change their situation.

My initial reaction after just reading the first few pages was, that there is a real quality and value to this product. I was instantly hooked by it, and if you keep reading to the end of this post, you will discover exactly why and can judge if it could be a help to you.

When I first got my hands on this product, I could not believe the amount of information and advice the author has packed into the Shyness & Social Anxiety System ebook. You will definitely not find better information anywhere else in one place like this.

Furthermore, the language of the program feels like as if he had read my mind; everything that he writes about I could instantly recognise and relate to myself, when I was struggling with my social anxiety years ago, and before I went through the process of change. He put the words I used to be thinking into words that make sense.

WARNING: although there’s a lot of great info packed in the book, it is too easy just to read a few chapters of it, and never actually try out the ideas described. And of course it is not a magic bullet, but if that’s what you’re after, you’ll probably be still searching for that in 10 years from now, without committing to a program that works…

Author Tip #1:

You should not see those who have an apparent social life as being ‘above you’. You have to understand, that they do not have those skills by accident.

They learnt it as they were growing up, and they certainly do not have any special talents or are applying magic tricks to be that way.

If you are lacking in this department (otherwise you wouldn’t be reading this), be assured that with patience and consistence, you can acquire these social skills too. It’s never too late to catch up!

Author Tip #2:

Practice mindfulness to help you overcome shyness and social anxiety.

Learn to live in the present, rather than fill your head with thoughts about things that have happened to you, or you imagine might happen in the future.

To live in the now means you remove attention from yourself and you focus outwardly, thereby slowly changing your anxious thoughts.

Mindfulness takes time to practice and to do right, because we are programmed to get involved with our thoughts and criticize them.

To do this activity correctly, you let your thoughts flow and just observe them, remaining as detached from them as you can be.

Here’s what you get with the Shyness and Social Anxiety System:

  • Learn the causes of where your shyness and social anxiety may originate from
  • Practical steps that will help you overcome your problem
  • Explanation of the science behind social anxiety disorders
  • Focus on other areas, such as building up a social circle and know exactly what to say next
  • Effective techniques for making new friends
  • Relaxation exercises to help you feel less anxious in the most stressful situations
  • And much more…

I hope you have found this review helpful. I really wish this product had been available to me back when I was suffering from social anxiety, because of the amount of time I would have saved by finally starting to live as a ‘normal person’ much sooner.

What I suggest you do, is have a look at Sean’s system. You’ll find details there on how much it costs (don’t worry it’s not expensive), what exactly it contains and much more.

Hi, I’ve received emails from Sean Cooper and saw a little video that showed a little bit about what was in the book. I watched it and one thing that stood out to me was the practice of mindfulness. I couldn’t get that out of my head for ages so I bought the book and although there are other advanced methods out there for treating anxiety (Dr John Demartini) I found the practical information in here very useful. Sometimes people get too far in their heads that they lose sense of reality. There have been times in the past where I felt so lost in the moment and had no sense of anxiety. It was also a time where I was meditating every day, eating right and exercising. It reminds me to look after myself and treat myself the way I would someone that I care about!

      Hi Marie,

      Thank you for stopping by!

I’m glad you found Sean’s resources helpful. I have read his ebook now several times and I think he explains mindfulness very well indeed.

If you are interested to take mindfulness to the next level, I recommend checking out Jon Kabat-Zinn’s method. He’s somewhat of a legend in his field and he’s proven almost beyond doubt that mindfulness can reverse chronic illnesses.

I also agree with you that looking after ourselves should be our number one priority! We truly need a healthy body in order to have a healthy mind.

      Take care
      Ash

Hi Marie, Im suffering from social anxiety for many years. Will you advise me to purchase the system because I am afraid that I would be wasting money if it doesnt work as I have read many online self-helf guides that are totally useless to me. Thanks!
